Slowly peel paper backing from the decal. 3. Place the decal in the desired location. 4. Rub and press firmly over the top of decal with the edge of a flexible semi-rigid object such as a credit card. 5. Slowly peel back the transfer tape from the decal and your done!Maximum weather fastness and adhesion is reached 48 hours after decal application.
