Each decal set is appx 5 inches wide and 12 inches tall before application and will come in 4 different sections (one section for above each headlight and one for below each headlight).The pictures show the decal in black, if you choose a different color the black part in the pictures will be that color. There is no background the surface you are applying it to will be the background.Can be applied to any smooth surface There is no background, the surface the decal is applied to will be the background Made of high quality 5~7 year vinyl, the NEON colors are meant to be used indoors and will fade quickly if applied outdoors in the weather. Once applied DO NOT scrape ice or use HIGH pressure directly on the decal, normal car washes are ok.
