We ship all our decals folded into Heavy-Duty Card-Envelopes.Postal Insurance is available on request.We will provide replacements or full refunds for defective or poor quality decals (photo must be included as proof/illustration or fault).We cannot provide refunds for change-of-mind, accidental destruction or incorrect application. Full refunds will not be issued for any stickers that are mis-spelled by the buyer or have already been printed, we are happy to work out a partial refund (usually the price of shipping) if your order has not yet shipped.
